We've got a really exciting course about to kick off with a bunch of great people. I've noticed that using the 6 weeks of the course as a plan/challenge for you to knuckle down and achieve some great results really works. I guess when you break 6 weeks down into individual weeks and set a goal for each week, it disappears really quickly (which also means the results appear quiet quickly as well).
A crucial part of being successful in achieving any goal that is important is to have a plan. I believe that this plan is designed best when the journey to get you there, is just as exciting as the feeling when you realise you've made it.
I developed Game On so that you wouldn't be doing exercise just for the purpose of achieving your goals as so many do. Rather it is an exciting whirl wind adventure, where you have a blast doing crazy things you would never have otherwise had the opportunity to do. And before you realise it you've also ended up with the body that you want and the energy and zest for life that opens up new possibilities.
